#8 Exploding Head Syndrome
Talk about hearing things…this one is not so subtle. There is a rare disorder known as Exploding Head Syndrome (EHS) where the patient hears a loud noise like a big explosion, cymbals, or a bomb going off. It seems to originate from the head usually when the patient is trying to go to sleep or within 1 – 2 hours of falling asleep. I wouldn’t even wish that on my enemies…SLEEP DENIED!
